Departures from London

Many of our European Tours Start in London, England and depart from the Royal National Hotel (official site) at Russell Square.

Departure times vary depending on your style of tour.

• Camping Tours and Concept/Budget Tours : 6am
• Time Out/Superior/Hotel Tours : 6:45am

• Ski Tours : 6pm meeting for a 7pm departure the same night.

Departures from other cities

• Tours in Scandinavia and Russia: Check your individual itinerary for specific departure points and times.

It is also possible to meet up with your tour at the first city after London (eg Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels).

Your should meet up with your Tour Manager usually around 6pm on the first evening of your tour. Otherwise the day sheet is a great source of information once on tour.

While on Tour

Departure times while on tour will vary depending on your travel itinerary for the day. When planning departures, Tour Managers and Drivers must take into account not only the itinerary for the day, but also strict European driving regulations and laws restricting the time your Driver can spend behind the wheel as well as many other factors.

Every day therefore is different as and some days will begin as early as 7:30am or 8am while others will be later in the morning depending on that days specific itinerary.
