  1. A Contiki trip is a great idea for travelers looking for employment in Canada with a work visa. You will get a better idea of where you might want to spend 6 months or a year after spending a few nights in the top spots with Contiki.

  2. Contiki’s Canada & the Rockies is a perfect mix of adventure, scenery, nightlife, and comfort. With cool accomodation, picture-perfect scenery, and optionals geared for the mountains, rivers, lakes, and forests; everyone loves the draw of the Great White North!

  3. Get outside your beer comfort zone! The U.S. has more variety of beer than any country in the world, so no matter what kind of beer you like, there is a undiscovered brew waiting for you in America…

  4. If you love live music, Memphis and New Orleans are two places to see raw, unpretentious blues, jazz, funk, and R&B. Many times, you can see these bands for free!

  5. While not as famous as the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone National Parks, once people visit Yosemite it becomes a favorite for many people. Beautiful grey, mountain peaks marked with green forests of trees, flowers, and animal life. What more could you want for breathtaking hike?

  6. There is no dress code for the casinos in Las Vegas, but if you’re a guy and you want to hit the clubs, then running shoes won’t cut it. Pimp it out with shoes and a collared shirt!

  7. If you are traveling to San Francisco on an L.A. to the Bay tour, the tour ends on the day you arrive in the city. Give yourself an extra day to sightsee because those who leave San Fran too soon always wish they had more time!!

  8. Because Los Angeles is so spread out, it is hard to get between the different areas of the city and the other city destinations such as Anaheim. If you pre-book trips to parks such as Universal, transportation is provided. One great way to get between places like San Deigo, Anaheim, and Los Angeles is to take the Pacific Surfliner, which is an Amtrak train.

  9. Yellowstone National Park has a pattern of weather unto itself. Even in the middle of the summer, visitors may find this high elevation park can be a bit cool. So pack a light jacket and hat!
